About Me

DevOps & DevSecOps Engineer
with 5+ Years in Production

I have over five years of experience in DevOps and DevSecOps, working across the full software delivery lifecycle. This covers infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, container deployments to AWS EKS via Helm, security integration, observability stack management, and production change management.

I have owned and maintained over 100 CI/CD pipelines across multiple deployment environments, working within engineering teams and presenting production change requests to formal Change Advisory Boards. My experience spans both remote international engagements and on-site roles across Nigeria.

Security is something I integrate directly into the delivery pipeline, not as an afterthought. This includes SAST, DAST, secrets management, and least-privilege access controls applied at the CI/CD level. I also run Helixsphere Limited, an IT services and physical security business based in Nigeria.

  • Owned and maintained 80–100 CI/CD pipelines across six deployment environments, ensuring reliable delivery of containerised microservices.
  • Integrated SAST and DAST security testing (Fortify, Debricked) directly into CI/CD pipelines, enabling early vulnerability detection and faster remediation.
  • Built and maintained a full observability stack with Prometheus, Grafana, and Nagios — giving the team real-time visibility into infrastructure and application health.
  • Provisioned AWS infrastructure (VPC, EKS cluster, ECR, IAM roles) using modular Terraform for repeatable, version-controlled deployments across dev, pre-prod, and production.
  • Designed and maintained Helm charts for containerised applications on AWS EKS with separate workload environments.
